Terms of Service

All User Accounts/Tariffs are intended only for the User's personal and non-commercial use and cannot be rented, sublet, sold, assigned or otherwise transferred to third parties.

The User is fully responsible for complying with the necessary security measures of the User Account and confidentiality of the data required for authentication and authentication on the Site or Bot.

The User is not entitled to use the Service for activities:

• Recognized as illegal under applicable law;
• Creating a threat to the rights and legitimate interests of other persons, in particular causing harm to their life, health and property.

It is prohibited to use the Service to violate the security or integrity of any technical network, computer system, or communication system, software or computing device, including by:

Using malicious software or any other means that may damage, disrupt the operation or gain access to any computer system, program or data, including any viruses, malware, spyware, adware, in particular Trojan or worm software.

Unauthorized access, including using another person's User Account data without their explicit permission, including attempts to search, investigate or test vulnerabilities of the User Account or violate any security measures used by the User Account to obtain such access, is prohibited.

In addition to the above limitations, it is prohibited to use the Service for the following purposes:

• Disclosure of personal data, information about private life, and other types of information protected by law, about third parties;
• Collecting or attempting to collect personal data of third parties or information about private life without their knowledge or consent;
• Creating obstacles in the operation of the Service or obstructing other Users when using the Service;
• Violating exclusive rights to results of intellectual activity or other property rights of third parties;
• Transferring a User Account, API key or other related data to third parties;
• Providing (publishing) information obtained through the Service on third-party forums, websites, social media pages, messaging service chats, or through their own or third-party APIs;
• Selling, leasing, providing any other form of compensated access to the Services, or providing access or use of the Services by third parties;
• Assisting, organizing, or inciting to commit any actions aimed at violating the restrictions and prohibitions imposed by these Terms;
• Otherwise violating the norms of applicable law, as well as norms of international law.

The content and structure of the Service are protected by copyright. Reproduction of the content and structure of the Services, in particular the use of texts, text excerpts, illustrative materials, or design elements, requires explicit prior permission.

The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally determine the seriousness of each violation and take immediate action, including, but not limited to, suspending or terminating access to the Service with or without notice in the event of any violation of these Terms of Use. Any violations may also lead to immediate suspension or termination of the User Account, as well as subsequent deletion of the User Account.

Ignoring notifications or messages from the Administration that require a response from the User may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

Deleted User Accounts cannot be reactivated or restored.

Nothing contained in this Policy should be construed as limiting the actions of the Administration or its choice of legal remedies in relation to any prohibited actions.

The Administration may, at its sole discretion, refuse to provide or continue to provide access to the Service to any User and change the criteria for acceptable Users at any time, including but not limited to, if the User violates these Terms of Use.

According to the agreement between the Data Source and USA and Switzerland, the use of the Service in the territorial and digital space of these countries is deactivated. Any attempt to bypass these restrictions will be considered a violation of the Rules.

The use of reverse phone number search is intended exclusively between Users of the same country who have confirmed their phone number through the Bot.

When the User performs actions from clause 5.13, the phone number is attached to their profile, and if the User actually changes their Telegram phone number in the future, it will not be automatically updated in their User Account.

Certain Tools, at the discretion of the Data Source, may perform active actions by the User in a queue, avoiding overloading the system. Prior to using such Tools, the User will be notified of the estimated queue and expected waiting time.
